In the heart of La Roche-sur-Yon and a few meters from Place Napoléon, come and discover CRUSH, the first restaurant to offer you its specialty: the smash burger.

The smash burger is a concept straight from the United States. The principle is simple; we crush the patty (steak) which forms a crispy and caramelized crust on the outside and tender on the inside.

Local, fresh and homemade.

The products come from a short circuit with Vendée producers. The meat is minced before each service, the potato buns are delivered by an artisan baker. The fries and sauces are also homemade.
