Adjoining the owners' house, it consists of a living room of 29 m2 with equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 140, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 ( bed linen provided and beds made on arrival), a separate shower room and wc.
Flowered terrace of 30m2 (with garden furniture, deckchairs and Weber barbecue) giving access to the landscaped garden and the portico for children and to the heated swimming pool (from May to September) shared with the owners (time slots defined for each: you enjoy only the swimming pool on these slots). Many activities near the rental are available to you during your stay (playgrounds, fishing, golf, equestrian center, hiking trails, and many attractions for all ages: indian forest, o'gliss park, laser game, chocolate museum, automobile museum, Vendée stud farm, zoos, karting, aquatic complexes, puy du fou, poitevin marshes without forgetting the possibility of visiting the Vendée islands during your stay : the island of Noirmoutier and its passage du gois or the island of yeu. You will reach the nearest beaches in less than half an hour: Conches beach in Longeville sur Mer, beaches of Jard sur Mer, beach from Veillon to Talmont Saint Hilaireas well as the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie or Les Sables d'Olonne You can also visit La Rochelle which is 50 km away.
