Since September 23, Maison Albert, the new boutique of Albert Cafes, welcomes coffee and delicatessen lovers in the city center of La Roche-sur-Yon, on Place Napoléon. This ambitious project is led by Matthieu Tougeron, head of the family business created in 1948. With this opening, Cafés Albert are returning "to the source", to the very place where the story began.
A warm and immersive place
Albert Cafes, known for their products distributed in supermarkets, in the hotel and restaurant industry and in vending machines, now want to get closer to consumers and share their know-how. As soon as you enter the door of Albert House, we are immersed in a cozy and refined universe. The interior of the boutique, with its careful decoration, invites discovery and tasting. Matthew Tougeron summarizes: "We want visitors to open their eyes wide when they enter." Customers can enjoy coffees, teas, and gourmet accompaniments on site, directly offered for sale. An emblematic tree in the center of the place recalls the natural origin of the products and testifies to the desire to create an authentic space, where each visitor can not only buy, but live a real sensory experience.

Albert House stands out for its commitment to the environment and Company. In order to reduce waste, the shop offers reusable coffee bags and offers discounts to customers who return their containers. It also supports sustainable production, favoring coffees transported by sail or grown using eco-responsible methods, such as shade-grown or unwashed coffees. In addition, Maison Albert collaborates with producers engaged in mixed farming, thus guaranteeing diversified sources of income for farmers and contributing to a fairer trade model.
