This route, along sandy paths, allows you to cross small hamlets of old houses but also to go around the Etang des Mottes. The lucky ones may see deer scurrying across the fields.

2. Ford of the Vergne
At Grand Vignaud, the Vergne ford spans the Yon.
3. The Airiere
Also writes Lairière; it is a village which deserves a pause as a former commune. This was then attached to that of La Ferrière by royal decree of September 20, 1828. Its territory included the entire eastern part of the current town of La Ferrière, on the other side of the Yon. Note the isolated tomb.
4. Mottes pond
Take the time to admire the many birds that stop in this peaceful place.
