Located next to the station, on the esplanade, the P'tits Ventres de Terre are the first concept of Vendée cuisine that has kept the soul and spirit of the region and recognized the gastronomic heritage of the Pays de la Loire.
Lionel welcomes you in a room in yellow tones with wooden furniture and at the back of the room a world map reminds you that there are 6 billion little bellies on earth. The concept is very original and is inspired by the Vendée region. Cooking simmered in earthenware pots, light recipes that follow the rhythm of the seasons, the particularity of which is to be covered with a crown of bread or brioche for steaming combined with herbal juices. These little ones are the direct descendants of the pot à mogettes which simmered gently at the corner of the fireplace in the Vendée house.
