Watchmaker's Gîte

Enjoy a stay in the countryside in this renovated barn, whose decoration is inspired by a watchmaking workshop. You will benefit from an ideal location for visiting the department, 35 km from Jard-sur-Mer, 39 km from La Tranche sur Mer and 65 km from Puy du Fou.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom (one double bed), a shower room (accessible for people with reduced mobility), a toilet (accessible for people with reduced mobility), and a storage room. Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine (two single beds), a bedroom (one double bed), and a shower room/toilet. Outside, you will have a private shaded terrace (table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers) and a shared 500m² gravel garden. The accommodation is located on the owners' farm (rabbits) and is attached to another gîte (H85G024111). It is possible to rent both adjoining accommodations: H85G025717. Heating is included. Electric vehicle charging point available upon request to the owner. A flat rate of €12 per charge applies (three-phase connection).

Bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, towels, hand towels provided.
