Appearing in the United States in the 2000s following Hurricane Katrina, these tiny houses advocate voluntary simplicity.
The term "Tiny House" comes from the English words "tiny" and "house." Together, they describe a small, original, mobile home that invites you to experience voluntary simplicity. Born in the United States in the 2000s after Hurricane Katrina, this trend aims to live in a simpler, more economical, and more environmentally friendly way.
In 2017, the Tiny House arrived in France, offering a complete change of scenery with cozy comfort and carefully crafted decor. A true invitation to discover a different way of living, while enjoying a warm and comfortable space.
Able to accommodate up to 6 people, the Tiny House consists of:
Two bedrooms upstairs: One double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90×190).
A lounge area that transforms into an additional bed (140×190) for comfortable sleeping.
In keeping with authenticity, the toilets and showers are located outside the Tiny House. A dry toilet is also located in the center of the property, thus respecting the spirit of this unusual room.
You have access to a private kitchen, equipped for your meals (except for Wonderbox, Abracadaroom, or Smartbox gift boxes). The Tiny also has a 5-liter mini cold water tank for greater autonomy.
Meet Pascal and Valérie, the creators of this tiny house, and discover the fascinating steps involved in its local construction. Indeed, this house was built on site by them, to offer you an even more authentic experience.
Important note: No electric car hookups are available on the property.
