The Finnish kota (Lappish hunting shelters) is a hexagonal chalet built in half logs with its 2 bedrooms and its equipped kitchen, outside sanitary facilities.

The Finnish Kota, whose name means "hunting shelter" in Sami, is a hexagonal cabin made of rough timber and half-logs, offering a unique and immersive experience. Originally from Finland, it has been traditionally used for over a century by the Saami people, an indigenous group who live primarily from reindeer herding, hunting, and fishing in the bitterly cold, untamed north.

Today, the Finnish Kota has been expanded to offer you unique and comfortable rooms, allowing you to experience a night (or more) in a true northern chalet. Rest assured, it is equipped with a pellet stove and large cushions and blankets to ensure pleasant warmth despite the cool temperatures.

Layout: One large bed (140×190) and two small beds (70×190)

Kitchen: Access to a private kitchen, except for Wonderbox, Abracadaroom or Smartbox gift boxes.

In keeping with the authenticity of this unusual room, the bathrooms are located outside, just steps from the Kota, for a total immersion in the Nordic experience.
