The Nesmy Barn

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, this cottage offers a stay close to family leisure sites such as O'Fun Park (16 km) for treetop adventure enthusiasts and O'Gliss Park (22 km) for water park fans. You will also have the opportunity to explore the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne or La Tranche sur Mer (35 km), or visit the famous Puy du Fou (63 km).
Completely renovated at the end of June 2025, this house harmoniously combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor (accessible via a few interior steps), you will enjoy a welcoming living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a television with a fiber optic decoder, a library, and board games.
The dining area and fully equipped kitchen invite you to share pleasant moments with family, friends or colleagues.
A first bedroom, in soft shades of brown and terra cotta, offers a true haven of relaxation with its 160x200 bed and storage wardrobe.
You will also find a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

Upstairs, a charming attic bedroom (ceiling height between 1,34 and 1,86 meters) welcomes you with its soft and soothing atmosphere. It features two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160x200 cm), as well as two chests of drawers for storage. The white and green tones invite relaxation and serenity.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant, unfenced artificial grass courtyard furnished with garden furniture and an electric barbecue for al fresco dining. A private parking space is also available directly opposite the cottage.

Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) available on request.

The price is offered on an "all-inclusive" basis (excluding tourist tax). Included are: bed linen, towels according to the number of people, and heating.
