Pretty little bright house in a charming hamlet with several character dwellings on a magnificent 14 ha site with park, woods and meadows punctuated by large alleys.

Ideal for a quiet stay, the Orangerie is located in a charming little hamlet formed by a castle and its outbuildings, on a magnificent site, adorned with hundred-year-old trees (14 ha of park, woods and meadows punctuated by large alleys). This pretty, bright little house, with a surface area of ​​40 m2, welcomes you, for a comfortable stay in the heart of nature, close to many activities (banks of the Yon, beach, leisure parks, golf, horse riding ... .) It has a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 people.

All our prices are available on lagirardiere-vendee.fr. They include household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels), end-of-stay cleaning, as well as all charges (water, electricity, wifi, heating).

A large heated shared swimming pool of 13,5 x 5 m is at your disposal, from April to October (it is not in use the rest of the year). It is very pleasant to bathe from April and also in low season because the shelter is large and perfectly retains heat. When the sun is shining, we fully discover the swimming pool and you swim in a beautiful green setting.

Access to the entire property is free (park, woods, meadows).
The park is planted with sequoias, blue cedars, weeping Himalayan pines, silver lime trees, purple ash trees, magnolias, walnut trees, chestnut trees, yews, ... The wood is planted with oaks, hornbeams, beeches, chestnut trees, hazel trees,. .. Many alleys allow you to walk there.

The sky at night is absolutely magnificent. The property is also located very close to the observatory of the Astronomical Center of Vendée, which is installed there due to the absence of light pollution and a mild temperature throughout the year.

The banks of the Yon are directly accessible on foot from the hamlet: they offer a pleasant walk in all seasons and in summer, they allow you to cool off in the shade of the trees, with your feet in the water of the river. . Fishing is possible.
Many other routes by bike and on foot are also possible.

Nearby: possibility of horse-drawn carriage rides and hikes with donkeys.

Your pets, dogs and cats are welcome: they will find all the space they need to be happy.
We also have the possibility of accommodating your horses, in a large meadow with shelter. A beautiful 60x20 dressage arena a round of loin a preparation / shower area are available (box also if necessary). Many walks around.
