Located in the countryside, this house offers you a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility composed of a living room/lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms equipped respectively with 2 beds 90 (room adapted for PMR) and a bed 140, a bathroom/WC (adapted for PMR), and a linen room. The living room opens onto the centerpiece of this cottage: a large air-conditioned relaxation area with 6-seater spa, sauna and table football, opening onto the terrace, and also allowing access to a second bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs (slightly attic), you will discover a new lounge area, 4 bedrooms including one with 2 beds 90 and 3 equipped with a bed 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will benefit from a 500m² plot of land with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Farms (livestock and crops) are located approximately 1 km from the accommodation.
