Gite in La Mercerie

Enjoy a stay in the countryside in this renovated barn, made up of two communicating accommodations, whose decoration is inspired by sewing and watchmaking workshops. You will benefit from an ideal location for visiting the department, 35 km from Jard-sur-Mer, 39 km from La Tranche sur Mer and 65 km from Puy du Fou.
Each cottage consists on the ground floor of a living room/lounge/kitchen, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom (suitable for disabled people), a toilet (suitable for disabled people) and of a storage room. Upstairs, you will also find for each accommodation a mezzanine (2 90 cm beds), a bedroom (1 140 cm bed) and a bathroom/WC. Outside, you will have two shaded terraces (table and chairs, barbecues, deckchairs) and a 500m² gravelled area. The accommodation is located on the owners' farm (rabbits). Optional: Cleaning fee: €120/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Heating on electric meter reading (deduction of 8 KWh/day for current consumption) to be paid to the owner.
