As the first cold weather arrives, our fireplaces crackle and the dishes simmer for a long time... The atmosphere becomes warm and friendly, and conversations come alive around seasonal recipes, made from high-quality local products. - Spring / Summer :

An original presentation, where the dishes are topped with a ball of bread or artisanal brioche, perpetuating local traditions.
They work hand in hand with producers from the Vendée region : vegetables, fruit, poultry, sheep, cattle, as well as the winemakers of the Fiefs Vendéens . Their expertise helps to preserve and enhance our precious culinary heritage.
