The history of Gelencser chocolates is a true family saga with roots in many countries!

Since 1956, the family business has used a rare process, called Bean to bar, which makes it possible to control the entire chocolate manufacturing chain, from the beans to confectionery of all kinds. Only around fifteen artisan chocolate makers in France use it. 🍫

Established throughout the Vendée region, the Gelencser House opens in 2014 the first Chocolate Museum in Vendée in  La Roche-sur-Yon. 🤩
