This old house, located in Fougeré, in the calm of the Vendée countryside and renovated into a gîte, will welcome your families and groups of friends up to 14 people (including a baby). You will find :
- On the ground floor: an entrance giving access to a large living room of 55m2 with fitted kitchen, dining room and living room, a shower room and a toilet, as well as the staircase leading to the 'stage. A first bedroom, with double bed, adjoining shower room and WC, is accessible through the living room and through a door leading to the outside.
- Upstairs: a second bedroom with double bed and single bed, a third with double bed and cot, and a dormitory with 1 bunk beds (2 single beds).
The cottage being ideally located in the heart of the Vendée, and close to major roads, you will be 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon and less than an hour from the beaches (St Jean-de-Monts, Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche-sur-Mer, L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer ...), and many activities and tourist sites offered by the department, such as the Poitevin marsh, Le Puy-du-Fou, the water park O Gliss Park ...
