Independent gîte fitted out in 2017 in a renovated outbuilding, located in a hamlet, near the owner's accommodation, on an active farm (cattle breeding). On the ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen (1 extra 90 cm bed), bathroom/WC. Upstairs: attic mezzanine (1,80 m above, 1,20 m below) with 1 160 cm bed. 200 m² landscaped grounds with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Petanque. 2 bikes available. Visit to the farm possible. Possibility of fishing in private pond 200 m away.
Bedsheets included.
Optional: End of stay cleaning: €40/stay; Towels: €8/person.
In addition: Tourist tax to be paid on site.
