The Parc du Château de Nesmy opens its doors to the public.

This 47-hectare park was designed in 1842 by André Leroy, an Angevin landscaper, on the remains of an 5th century estate. It includes a hydraulic set of XNUMX ponds, attributed to the Bühler brothers. It is surrounded by a belt of trees of precious species, and forms a coherent and original whole, characteristic of the landscaped parks of the XNUMXth century.

The park of the Château de Nesmy, a site protected as a Historic Monument, welcomes you during guided tours:
6 - 7 May on the occasion of Neurodon
3 - 4 June for the Rendez-vous aux Jardins
From July 17 to August 20 and from September 7 to September 17, except Saturdays, for the summer period. Tours depart at 14:30 p.m., 16 p.m., 17:30 p.m. and 19 p.m.
16 - 17 September for the European Heritage Days
25 - 26 November for RDV Parcs in Autumn (New!)

The park also welcomes associations and groups on request.
