Located in Mouilleron-le-Captif, in the Vendée region, just a few minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon and about thirty kilometers from the beaches of the Atlantic coast, Camping L'Ambois enjoys an ideal central location for exploring the entire department: Puy du Fou, the Vendée coast, the Marais Poitevin, the bocage countryside, lakes, and castles are all easily accessible, whether by car or bicycle. In fact, the cycle path is only 200 meters from the campsite.

Set on 3 hectares in the heart of greenery, your holidays are placed under the sign of nature, family, animals and relaxation.

Our aquatic area features two heated pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and a large paddling pool for toddlers. For leisure activities, we offer a multi-sports court, a pedal kart track, trampolines, children's play areas, inflatable structures, and an extra-large chessboard.
The mini-farm delights young and old alike with alpacas, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, a donkey, a rabbit, and turkeys. Pony rides are organized every week in the summer for the youngest children.

In July/August: kids' club, children's shows, bingo nights, movies, disco, pétanque tournament, mussels and fries karaoke night, Olympics, night swimming and much more! Food: Snack bar with pizza and burger menus

Bare pitches available for rent by the night from €20 and rental accommodations for short stays or by the week (mobile homes, chalets and cottages) from €350.

The campsite has the “Tourism Quality, Green Key and Bike Welcome” label.

Professional stay and groups:
From September to June, the campsite welcomes students and employees with monthly contracts for temporary accommodation with all the necessary comforts, as well as groups and sports teams competing at Vendespace or Parc Expo des Oudairies.
