Come laugh to feel better!

The Laughter & Health workshop consists of 10 sessions with a simple and accessible method for everyone to reduce stress, improve sleep, promote good mood and concentration. These are moments of letting go, conviviality and positive energy.

Information meeting on October 10th then possibility to register for 9 sessions (between the beginning of November and the end of January on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.) led by Corinne Marchand (expert laughter therapist and relaxologist)
