A 780km journey on foot through central Brittany: starting from Mont Saint-Michel then Fougères, Vitré before crossing the mythical forest of Brocéliande, following the Guerlédan lake, and reaching the mysterious Monts d'Arrée then the Crozon Peninsula to the famous Pointe de Pen-Hir… Laurent sets off alone to discover this inland Brittany, meeting its inhabitants, its lively traditions and its exceptional terroirs to the rhythm of these grandiose landscapes seen from the sky.
