Exhibition by Gaelle Loth

Cut the stems, change the water in the vase. Watch the Adonis smile and fade.

Through an installation combining painting, ceramics, and various objects, Gaelle Loth takes us to count flowers in an acrylic garden.

It is a bed of artificial flowers, a delicate perfume, a "summer mood" spray. Adonis is a ravaged plant, a parasite of harvests, Adonis, with his bright red collar around his neck, is a parade creature, staining unstable hearts. Adonis is here a reconstituted Eden, a fable with blurred contours, a sentimental bouquet, a last interior garden.
