Théo having family from Vendée, the two friends decided to settle in La Roche-sur-Yon, near Place Napoléon.
In homage to their characters, the establishment is named "Les Ajités".
Behind the stoves, Jean offers classic French cuisine, between land and sea: local fish from the fish markets of Les Sables and Saint-Gilles, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats according to desires.
