Emerick took on the challenge of creating a welcoming space centered around pastries. "I worked for two years on the cookie recipe I wanted to offer. Today, I'm happy with the products in my display case."

Ice cream sundaes, canelés, financiers…
All of his products are organic (ingredients, coffee, fruit juice, etc.), with the exception of the chocolate. He plans to add cookie sundaes, canelés, financiers, and other sweet treats to his menu soon.

A former pastry chef in Nantes with a professional baccalaureate in cooking, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey following a conversation with his father. This passionate cook completed barista training in Paris to ensure the consistency of his offerings.

Since then, he has devoted many hours to making his products and organizing his shop. Convinced that he is bringing something new to La Roche-sur-Yon, he wants to be there for customers, from the morning before work until the end of the day, from Tuesday to Saturday.
